Corona rates in Belgium continue to rise across the country. Nearly 3,000 Covid-19 patients have been admitted to Belgian hospitals, virologist Steven Van Gucht said during a press conference of the health authorities.   There may be first signs that the spread of the virus is slowing down. The number of new infections doubles every nine days, compared to every seven days last week, according to Van Gucht. There were 2,969 people in the hospital on Tuesday. According to the latest figures, an average of 295 people was admitted each day between October 14 and 20, an increase of 94 percent from the previous week. Two men suspected of plotting the kidnapping of the Michigan governor are not released without payment of $ 10 million.   The judge set bail for the arraignment of 42-year-old Pete Musico and 26-year-old Joseph Morrison.
