The death toll from the coronavirus outbreak in Sweden has risen to 2021. Stockholm has been particularly hard hit. 1128 patients who contracted the infectious virus died there.   Sweden has taken less stringent measures against the spread of the virus than other European countries. The Swedish government asked residents to take responsibility themselves. Residents can still go to restaurants and cafes due to the reluctant government policy. Schools and nurseries may also remain open. However, a ban on meetings with more than fifty people applies. In the country, 16,755 people have been diagnosed with the virus so far.
