Samsung Comes With New Flagships

Samsung has presented its latest high-end devices. In addition to the Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22+, this also includes an Ultra device that should make the Note forget.

The technological focus of the Galaxy S22 and S22+ is on the camera, as was the case with previous editions. As expected, the new version builds on incremental improvements. Both models have a powerful 50MP main camera, 10MP telephoto lens and 12MP ultra-wide angle lens. In addition, intelligent image processing should allow you to take beautiful photos under almost all circumstances.

Also at night, with, for example, a Nightography function and a sensor that is 23% larger than that in the S21 model. Even more interesting for those who want to turn their cat into an Instagram model, Samsung reports that Portrait mode now includes AI that can take professional-looking photos of your pets.

Inside, the two devices are equipped with a 4 nm processor. Which one exactly, that depends on where you buy it. It is powered by a 3,700 mAh (S22) or 4,500 mAh (S22+) battery. In any case, the device should last a whole day, so you only have to hang it on the fast charger once a day.

The Galaxy S22 and S22+ get a Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen of 6.1 inches or 6.6 inches (S22+), respectively. Expect a whole lot of AI here, too, to adjust colour contrasts and lighting to the circumstances. All of this is packaged in a seamless metal frame in which you can choose from four colours: black, white, green and pink.

Furthermore, the series (of course) runs on Android, and you can expect a maximum of four-generation upgrades. Both devices will be in stores from March 11. For the Galaxy S22 with 8 GB RAM.

In addition to these two devices, Samsung also releases the Galaxy S22 Ultra. That device can best be compared with the Note series. In principle, it is a pimped version of the other two S22 devices, with the same video and camera novelties, a 4-nanometer processor and Android support for four generations.

But the Ultra also comes with a pin, as we know from the Note. The device is also somewhat larger, with a Dynamix AMOLED 2X screen of 6.8 inches. Finally, expect a larger battery (5,000 mAh) to keep everything going.
